Estonia wants Georgia to join the EU
Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansipp reported that official Tallinn intends to assist Tbilisi in integration of Georgia into Europe.
According to Trend, during his meeting with Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili Ansipp drew attention to the importance of the early start of negotiations between Tbilisi and the EU on free trade. "Establishing of good relations between Georgia and the EU is important for both sides, and now we have to develop these relations further, so we can not dwell on it" - said the Estonian prime minister.
"Our support always was strong, and we are ready to continue it in the future" - also said Ansipp, adding that Estonia is one of the main supporters of Georgia and others Caucasus republics on their way to the European Union.
