In Warsaw, countries members of GUAM met
During Summit of the EU "Eastern Partnership" passing these days in Warsaw, the 15th session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of GUAM countries was held. As reported by Trend, at this meeting, ministers discussed the further deepening of regional cooperation, including a variety of industries and areas. As the Secretariat of the organization explained in an interview, the meeting was marked by significant growth in trade within the organization, issues of interaction of the GUAM member-countries, as well as the prospects for deepening cooperation among the organizations with the European Union.
Following the meeting, they signed "Warsaw Statement by the Foreign Ministers of GUAM on the prospects for cooperation and European integration". In addition, they approved the "Action Plan to enhance the GUAM sectoral cooperation".
