BSEC countries will discuss prospects for tourism industry
In the period from October 26 to 28, in Gelendzhik, the 6th International Conference of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) "Development of resorts and tourism infrastructure in the Black Sea region" will be held. As reported by "Georgia-News" with reference to the press service of the Department of complex development of resorts and tourism of Krasnodar region, this event will be officially supported by the UN World Tourism Organization.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of Russia, Federal Agency for Tourism, Administration of Krasnodar Krai and Gelendzhik.
The press service also recalled that BSEC includes 12 states. Tey are Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Conference participants will discuss the development of tourism in the BSEC countries, as well as the problem of creation of tourism infrastructure and prospects for the development of cultural tourism in the Black Sea region.
Also, another event - a meeting of working group on tourism of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation - will be held as part of the event, added RIA Novosti.
