Tbilvino will receive money from the International Finance Corporation
On the eve, a loan agreement for $ 1.5 million dollars between a member of the World Bank - International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the manufacturer and exporter of Georgian wine Tbilvino, was signed. As reported by "Business-Georgia", this agreement will provide job opportunities for small farmers in the villages of Sakartvelo.
This loan is a part of $ 3 million investment program. Its implementation in Georgia aims to increase local production, improvement product quality and food safety standards in the South Caucasus country, as well as to increase competitiveness.
As expected, the financial support of IFC will help the company Tbilvino to establish in Kakheti an enterprise for primary processing of grapes. This, in turn, will help to create more jobs.
