The Government is preparing a new development strategy for Georgia
As the Georgian Prime Minister Nikoloz Gilauri said today, in the next two or three weeks, the Georgian government intends to provide the public with an updated strategic plan of development for the country. As reported by the GHN, premier said this at a cabinet meeting.
According to Gilauri, an updated version of the plan consists of 10 items. It is an important document that should guide the government for the development of various industries, said the Premier.
"Strategic Development Plan of 10 points is a detailed action plan on what and how we do in 2011-2015. This applies to infrastructure, energy, agriculture, health and other areas. In reality it is a document of social and economic policies, which needs to be updated every 6 months, and after update, it includes information about what has been done and what should be done in the near future. Over the past six weeks, the Government has worked intensively on the update of the plan ... ", said Gilauri .
