According to Georgian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Tornike Gordadze, Swiss and European observers will be located at the internationally recognized borders of Georgia. According to Trend, Georgian Deputy Minister commented agreement of the Georgian side on consent to the Swiss proposals for talks with Russia on WTO.
"Neutral observers, who will be in contact with the European Union or (more likely) or with Switzerland, will be located at the borders. This means that the observers will be responsible to the European Union or Switzerland, but not to Russia", said Gordadze.
He also stressed that after deployment of observers along the border of Georgia, all economic goods, which will cross the country, will be considered. "For so many years the goods were not accounted. The main Georgia's requirement is satisfied", said Gordadze.
