The OSCE will observe the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh again
November 4 this year, the OSCE Co-Chairs will conduct regular monitoring on contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops. According to Trend, as mandated by the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman, the current monitoring will take place near the village of Orta Gyarvyand in Aghdam region of Azerbaijan. As the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense explained in an interview, from Azerbaijan, field assistant to the personal representative of OSCE Chairman Antal Herdich and personal assistant William Pryor will attend the event.
Coordinator of the Office of the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman Imre Palatinus and field assistants Hristo Hristov and Marius Puodzhyunas will implement monitoring at the opposite side of the frontline.
It is worth mentioning that the conflict between the two South Caucasus countries - Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh began in 1988.
