Georgian tenth graders got computers
On the eve, Georgian leader Mikhail Saakashvili granted portable computers to the most successful and diligent tenth graders from schools of Kvareli, Sighnaghi, Telavi, Grudzhaani. As reported by "Georgia-News" referring to the press service of the presidential administration, all the hardware was produced in Georgia. President's meeting with Kakhetian students was held in the house-museum of Ilia Chavchavadze in Kvareli.
"During the conversation with teenagers, the President said that their main objective should be to get a comprehensive education, and the state, in turn, will promote this and encourage them", said in the press-service.
Awarding of Georgian students was a part of the presidential national program "My First Computer", also reminded the administration.
