Ahmadinejad is planning a visit to Yerevan
In the next two months, a visit of the head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Armenia may take place. This was reported by Trend, citing Iranian media. As expected, within the framework of this visit, they may sign some important documents.
Ahmadinejad's visit to this South Caucasus country was planned earlier. However, later it was postponed. As the then administration of President of IRI, this decision was made by mutual agreement of the parties. At the same time, Iranian media called the unavailability of certain documents for signing as a reason for postponing the visit of its president.
November 7, Yerevan was visited by Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi. He discussed the very possibility and details of the forthcoming visit of Ahmadinejad to Armenia.
