Expert: NATO appreciates the current Georgia's success
According to the Georgian expert Kakha Gogolashvili, NATO leaders appreciate the success, that Georgia has achieved in recent years, as well as consider a new institutional form of cooperation with this country.
"Rasmussen said that there is time there till the summit in Chicago, and we can develop some new scheme. It is clear that they seriously think that Georgia's progress in those areas necessary for NATO in some areas should be rewarded, and some new institutional with respect to Georgia should be adopted", the GHN quoted Gogolashvili's words.
Commenting the visit of NATO Secretary General to Sakartvelo, the expert also suggested that the contribution of Georgia to NATO's military operation has also received recognition on the part of NATO, and its members countries.
Recall, the two-day visit of NATO delegation, led by its secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen, was completed yesterday.
