Alla Dzhioeva - leader at the presidential elections in South Ossetia
After the counting of votes at the presidential elections in South Ossetia, the former Education Minister of the Republic Alla Dzhioeva at half of the polls.
According to the official website of the CEC of South Ossetia, at 2 a.m., the data from 43 polls of 85, ie 19 413 ballot papers (50, 59%), were processed.
The voting was as follows: at these polls Ala Dzhioeva (ex-Minister of Education) gained 9972 votes (51.37%), Anatoly Bibilov (Minister of Emergency Situations) - 8971 votes (46.21%). According to the head of the CEC Bella Plieva, counting of votes continues.
According to Vedomosti, in the first round, held on November 13, Anatoly Bibilov managed to win. He was supported by 25.44% of voters (6066 people), Dzhioeva - 25.37% (6052).
Note also that the gap between Dzhioeva and Bibilov in the second round tends to decrease. Thus, according to previous reports of the CEC, after processing at 22 polls out of 85, ex-head of the Ministry of Education has received 8955 votes, and Anatoly Bibilov - 6205 votes.
At the same time, the staffs of both candidates say that their leader won the presidential election. According to IA "Res", Anatoly Bibilov's supporters argue that on the results of counting, more than half of voters voted for Bibilov - 8525 voters. For Alla Jioev on their data, to 7407 votes were given for Alla Dzhioeva.
The staff noted that the election results based on counting the remaining ballots were unlikely to essentially change the situation and already celebrate the victory.
At the same time, the staff of Alla Dzhioeva announced completely different information. They argue that ex-Minister of Education of the Republic has almost won the presidency, since after processing of almost 25 thousand ballots, passes ahead her rival by nearly five thousand votes.
