Kalandadze: the situation in South Ossetia can not be called election
According to the deputy head of the Georgian Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze, "the happening in South Ossetia can not be regarded as the election". According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the situation in South Ossetia is an event planned in the Kremlin.
"At the "occupied" territories of Georgia, there are being held the uncoordinated activities, including the violation of human rights. I repeat that the organization, which manages this situation, is responsible for this. We hope that the international community will respond appropriately", stressed Kalandadze .
