Earlier today, Tbilisi City Hall issued a statement expressing regret over the situation with the dismissal of one of the workers of the construction company owned by a Georgian politician and businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili.
"We believe that this form of dismissal is beyond human standards, it is very unfortunate. We think that we can not accept or dismiss people on a political basis. Every workplace is important, and we consider it intolerable to to do so with a man who has a family and children.
