Sakartvelo has received another $ 40 million for infrastructure development
Georgia receives $ 40 million as the second tranche from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). According to "Georgia News", these funds were allocated to the country under the investment program to develop urban infrastructure and services. As in the Georgian Ministry of Finance explained in an interview, the relevant loan agreement was signed in the walls of the Office yesterday.
The funds, allocated under the second tranche, in particular, will be used to develop water and sanitation infrastructure in tourist spots and major urban centers of Sakartvelo such as Kutaisi, Poti, Zugdidi, Mesti and Anaklia.
May 10, 2011, under the same program, the Georgian Ministry of Finance signed a loan agreement for the first tranche. That the loan amounted $ 80 million.
