The polling shows: the people wants Ivanishvili to be Prime Minister of Georgia
The residents of Georgia would like the famous Georgian politician and businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili to become Prime Minister, rather than the current president Mikhail Saakashvili. According to the GHN, such are the results of a polling which was recently conducted by the experts of the Institute of social research and analysis.
Thus, according to the poll, 26.1 percent of the respondents of the country would like Bidzina Ivanishvili to become the Prime Minister of Georgia from 2012. In turn, 24.2 percent would agree on Saakashvili.
7.8 percent of the respondents would like Irakli Alasania to become the head of the Georgian government, Giorgi Targamadze - 5.8 percent of respondents, and the current mayor of Tbilisi - Gigi Ugulava - only 6.4 of Georgian citizens participating in the survey.
