Member of the United Russia Zaur Khizriev will be the head of Grozny
On Thursday, December 22, at the first meeting of the Board of Deputies of the second convocation of the Chechen capital the MPs unanimously elected representative of the party "United Russia" Zaur Khizriev as the Chairman of the Board of Deputies of Grozny, empowered the Head of Grozny, RuFox reported reffering to the press service of head of the Government of the CR.
The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated Khizriev with new appointments. "Grozny is the a city with a complex structure of life support. Now Zaur Khizriev is greatly responsible. I believe that he will cope with his mission, and the Chechen capital will reach new heights", "Stavropolye" quoted Kadyrov.
Zaur Khizriev is a member of the party "United Russia", he previously served as the first deputy mayor of Grozny. In the elections to local authorities on December 4, 2011 he was elected as the deputy of the Grozny city council, "FederalPress" reported.
