"Their side has not fulfilled the agreement. Accordingly, we have the right to revoke our signatures", Alla Dzhioeva said at a press conference in Moscow.

Recall, the agreement between Dzhioeva and Kokoity was to provide the termination of protest of the Dzhioeva's supporters in exchange for Kokoity's resignation, as well as the dismissal of Prosecutor General of the Republic Taimuraz Khugaev, his deputy Eldar Kokoev and the chairman of Supreme Court Atsamaz Bichenov.

In the case of Khugaev the votes were divided equally: the resignation of the Prosecutor General was supported 15 deputies, another 15 were against and one ballot was spoiled. Meanwhile, they need simple majority vote to make a decision. Only eight deputies voted for the resignation of the head of Supreme Court, 22 were against. One ballot was also spoiled.
