Families of the victims in the Karabakh conflict got apartments
In Nagorno-Karabakh, almost 100 families of fallen soldiers in the Karabakh conflict have got apartments by the method of drawing, the "Caucasian Knot" reported.
The ceremony was held on December 23 at the Palace of Culture and Youth in the city of Stepanakerta. 91 families became the owners of new apartments in the district "Artsakh".
During the draw the Minister of Social Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh Narine Astsatryan noted that the region's authorities have sought to maximize the justice, that's why they have chosen this method. "55 families, which must receive the apartments from the State, remain in the lists. These lists should be studied further, and we begin to consider them in the near future", the Minister assured.
"The state is in debt to these families", deputy mayor of Stepanakert Armen Hakobyan said in his turn. "Perhaps, these apartments will add warmth and joy to your hearts", he added.
