The deputy: We cannot allow Dzhioeva's inauguration
Law enforcement authorities of South Ossetia should prevent the inauguration of opposition leader Alla Dzhioeva, chairman of the Committee on law, justice and local government of the South Ossetian parliament Amiran Dyakonov said, RIA Novosti reported.
"The Republic of South Ossetia is capable state ruled by law and carrying out any inaugurations in circumvention of the law is outside the legal field. There is a Supreme Court decision to cancel the November election results, which can only be challenged in the legal field", Dyakonov said.
"If Dzhioeva holds inauguration, the police must take all measures to stop such actions", he said, adding that establishment of power structures in parallel to the authorities is unacceptable.
"Once there was an attempt to create some structures in parallel, I mean the so-called alternative government of Dmitry Sanakoev, created by the Georgian special services. This should not happen second time - the law must be paramount", the deputy concluded.
