Russia has invited the parties of Syrian conflict to negotiate in Moscow
Russia appealed to the authorities and Syrian opposition groups, inviting their representatives to Moscow, the Permanent Representative of Russia at the UN Security Council Vitaly Churkin said.
"We have appealed to the Syrian authorities and all opposition groups (with the proposal) to send representatives to Moscow at a mutually convenient time for informal contacts without preconditions", Churkin said.
Permanent Representative stressed that the meeting would allow the parties "to discuss the many issues of the national agenda without limitation, including the task of preparing all-Syrian dialogue under the auspices of the League of Arab States".
"Now it is extremely important to establish a dialogue to specify the necessary arrangements for the political future of the country", he said.
